iOS Users: The iOS version of the ReikiAll app includes specially curated ReikiAll songs and supports integration with Apple Music. You can choose from these options to play music directly within the app.

Android Users: The Android version of the ReikiAll app offers a selection of ReikiAll songs tailored to enrich your Reiki practice.

All Users (iOS & Android): Regardless of your device, you have the flexibility to play music from any app of your choice (such as Spotify, Deezer, Amazon Music, or Apple Music) before opening the ReikiAll app. Simply start playing your preferred music in the background, then open ReikiAll and begin your session. The music will continue to play, allowing you to personalize your experience with the sounds that resonate with you the most.
11 - How can I cancel my ReikiAll subscription?
We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your ReikiAll subscription. The process for cancellation depends on where you initially subscribed to our app. Here’s how you can cancel based on your subscription platform:

Apple App Store Subscriptions:

Open the Settings app on your iOS device.

Tap your name at the top of the Settings menu.

Tap “Subscriptions.” (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap your Apple ID, view Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)

Find and tap your ReikiAll subscription.

Tap “Cancel Subscription.” If you don’t see this option, the subscription has already been canceled.

Google Play Subscriptions:

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines), then tap “Subscriptions.”

Find and tap your ReikiAll subscription.

Tap “Cancel Subscription” and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please note that uninstalling the app will not automatically stop your subscription. To avoid future charges, be sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
12 - What Reiki positions are available in the ReikiAll app, and how can I access them?
In the ReikiAll app, we offer a comprehensive collection of over 30 Reiki positions specifically designed for self-application. These positions are an integral part of practicing Reiki and can help enhance your experience by guiding you through various techniques to promote healing, relaxation, and emotional balance.
Accessing Reiki Positions: These positions can be found in the Reiki setup section of the app. If you're already a subscriber, simply navigate to the Reiki setup section in the app, where you'll be able to explore and utilize all 30+ positions.
