ReikiAll Terms of use

This page is used to inform visitors regarding ReikiAll's Terms of Use (these "Terms") if anyone decides to use the products or services listed on www.reikiall.com (the “Website”), through our applications (the “Apps”) or via other delivery methods to you (the Website and such content, products, services and the Apps are collectively referred to herein as the “Service” or “Services”, which may be updated from time-to-time at the sole discretion of Ricardo V. Del Frari). The terms “ReikiAll,”, "I", “us” or “we” refers to Ricardo V. Del Frari. The term “you” refers to the user of the Services. I may change these Terms from time to time. If I make changes, I will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Terms. I encourage you to review the Terms whenever you access the Services to stay informed about our information on practices and the choices available to you.

By downloading or using the Services, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. If you disagree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Services.

You’re not allowed to copy or modify the Services, any part of the Apps, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the Apps into other languages or make derivative versions. The Services, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Ricardo V. Del Frari.

Using the Services

Via the Services, users can select from a variety of options to do Reiki sessions and self-healing sessions. You can also use the paid functionality of the Services to utilize the enhanced functionality of the Services or purchase items that are offered for sale through the Services.

You understand and agree that the Services, and any other information you learn from ReikiAll are not intended, designed, or implied to diagnose, prevent, or treat any condition or disease, to ascertain the state of your health, or to be a substitute for professional medical care. ReikiAll is not a health care or medical device provider, nor should the Services be considered medical advice. Only your physician or other health care provider can do that. While there is third-party evidence from research that Reiki can promote health and other beneficial effects, ReikiAll makes no claims, representations or guarantees that the Services provide a physical or therapeutic benefit. Not all activities described in the Services are suitable for everyone. Do not use the Services while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing other tasks that require attention and concentration. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the Services.

Any health information and links on the Services, whether provided by ReikiAll or by contract from outside providers, are provided simply for your convenience.

Any advice or other materials in the Services are intended for general information purposes only. They are not intended to be relied upon and are not a substitute for professional medical advice based on your individual condition and circumstances. The advice and other materials we make available are intended to support the relationship between you and your healthcare providers and not replace it. We are not liable or responsible for any consequences of your having read or been told about such advice or other materials as you assume full responsibility for your decisions and actions. In particular, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representation or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the advice, other materials and information published as part of the Services.

About Subscriptions

All amounts are payable and charged: (a) For semi-annual, annual, and monthly subscriptions, at the beginning of the subscription and, because each such subscription renews automatically for an additional period equal in length to the expiring subscription term until you cancel it, at the time of each renewal until you cancel, using the Payment Information you have provided. You must cancel your Subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period. If you purchase your Subscription via an App Provider, you can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time with the App Provider. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will continue to receive the Services ordered until the end of your current Subscription period.

Changes to Price Terms for Subscriptions

Ricardo V. Del Frari has the right to change the pricing terms for Subscriptions at any time. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply for Subscription renewals after such changed pricing terms have been communicated to you. If you do not agree with the changes to ReikiAll's pricing terms then you may choose not to renew your Subscription in accordance with the section “About Subscriptions.”

Future Functionality

You agree that your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by Ricardo V. Del Frari regarding future functionality or features.

At some point, I may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on iOS/Android – the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Ricardo V. Del Frari does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS/Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, I may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless I tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
